ENTRY DEADLINES

Early Bird Entry Deadline for York and Waterloo: JANUARY 16, 2012.
Envelope must be post marked by this date. No posted dated cheques, please.

University Dance Competition at Brantford: You can e-mail (strivedance@hotmail.com)
us ahead of the entry deadline to book your team's spot. No deposit is required.

We understand the financial burden when entry fees for competitions
all follow the same format for due dates. With this in mind, we have spread out our
due dates and make them later than most competitions. In order to have schedules
sent out to participants in an acceptable timeframe before the venue, we have an
earlier date that we would like to have entry forms submitted to our office (preferable
electronically via e-mail). Entry fee payment can follow by the due dates as indicated
below. We do not charge any additional fees for late entries, however, depending on
when we receive notification of late entries, they may not be included in our printed
program and may receive their adjudication in written form instead of recorded
electronically using our USB program.

You can confirm your attendance ahead of these due dates by e-mailing us
at strivedance@hotmail.com. Please include the approximate number entries
you are bringing to the venue as we do have a pre-set maximum amount
we can accept for each of our locations. No deposit is required to reserve
your spot.
